This is an innovative concept in the field of Corporate Training. It addresses the reactions of the organisation and employees, (resistance, confusion, and anxiety) to organisational change.
The package utilises a combination of structured exercise programs thematically integrated with a group work approach to enhance positive reactions to organisational change and to also enhance team building. The approach combines and extends many elements of already accepted Personnel and Psychological clinical practices.
My extensive clinical experience has recognised a significant increase in the capacity of participants to embrace psychological change when undertaking regular aerobic exercise.

- Participants begin a process of change through a structured and integrated exercise program. · The program capitalises on the psychological benefits of exercise.
- The change process is managed through a non- threatening team building process.
- The time frame of the process is more realistic and appropriate for workers at all levels. (programs can be 3,4,or 6 months duration)
- The exercise and change orientated group work programs focus on integrated psychological themes, for the duration of the program.
- The Organisation can demonstrate care for staff, by providing a proactive stress management strategy.
- The program personnel (i.e. group facilitator and gym facilitator) are trained to work as a team.


- 3, 4 or 6 Months gym membership,(depending on program) with unlimited gym access
- 2 supervised & facilitated sessions of exercise a week. · Weekly or fortnightly group work sessions addressing specific change issues for participants, (both work and personal issues).
- Individual counselling sessions available.
- A participant's manual, containing personal strategies for managing change (learnt on the program).


- Ideal as a change management or team building strategy.
- Ideal as a strategy to overcome the effects of "hostile" organisational change.
- Change is more realistically managed as an on going, day by day process. (Not seen as a "quick-fix or token effort").
- Staff at all levels can participate and mix in a non-threatening way.
- Provision of a comprehensive integrated group program addressing the specific change in their organisation. (Both work and personal issues can be addressed)
- The services of qualified & appropriately trained staff for the duration of the program.
